Using SoloGizmo

By creating an account or buying from SoloGizmo you agree to these terms.

Licenses

When you buy an app you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on up to 3 of your own computers. You may not resell, share or redistribute the software or your license key.

Membership

All-Access membership renews automatically each billing period until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Apps received through the membership stop activating when the membership ends.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

AI output

Some apps use third-party AI services. You are responsible for how you use what they generate and for following those services' terms.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, SoloGizmo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
